Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts and Videos
- Preferred Format: MS Word
- Word Count: Not to exceed 350 words
- To be classified and mentioned in “Subject” column of email on submission
- A) Luminal B) Bilio- Pancreatic C) Liver D) Endoscopy E) Miscellaneous
- To be sent to tnisg2024madurai@gmail.com on or before 31 Jan 2024.
- Preferred Format: JPEG.
- To be designed in “Landscape” orientation, compressing all information in one slide.
- On designing in PowerPoint (PPT), kindly use “Page Setup” and select “Landscape” orientation with 16:10 aspect ratio.
- Presenters are advised to set the resolution of their e-posters to 1920 x 1080 pixels in accordance to the monitors they are likely to be displayed.
- To be sent to tnisg2024madurai@gmail.com on or before 31 Jan 2024.
- Videos should be stored in Google drive and to be shared in the email ID given below.
- Audio narration during presentation is recommended, but not mandatory. Alternatively text description in simultaneous running format may be preferred.
- Technical Requirements:
- Acceptable formats: .mov, .mpg, and .mp4.
- Duration: Not to exceed 5 minutes.
- File size: Not to exceed 400 MB.
- Recommended pixels: 1920 x 1080 (square pixel ratio) or 1280 x 720 (square pixel ratio) both for 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Bit Rate: 5 Mbps (for 720) or 10 Mbps (for 1080).
- Videos should not use special coders (coders/decoders).
